Last Tuesday, we had our fourth and final Forager’s Feast of the year! Guests who attended brought delicious homemade dishes to share in the candlelit evening atmosphere. After dinner, local mycologist Willoughby Arevalo shared his knowledge and appreciation for fungi. His talk sparked meaningful conversations about the role of fungi in the ecosystem and the need for a reciprocal relationship between humans and mushrooms. It was an eye-opening experience for some guests and a joyous evening for all!
