We had so much fun at our first Forager’s Feast! We celebrated the New Shoots of spring with a delicious potluck where each dish contained at least one ingredient grown or ethically foraged by the maker. Leona from Resurfacing History came and talked to us about indigenous plant medicine. It was a beautiful community event featuring nettle, sorrel, bittercress, chickweed, wintercress, and dandelion among many other tasty items.
